A prototype for a small garden designed in a class at the School of Design and Media Arts at the University of California, Los Angeles. Pour water over the top which runs into tubes that slowly distribute the water. Found that you could use ice cubes for even slower water distribution. Underneath the soil this is a mesh in which unused water can pass through into the drawer below to limit the amount of water wasted.

A project focused on user experience and interaction for a class at the School of Design and Media Arts at the University of California, Los Angeles. The box was seven feet tall and had a width and length of three feet. I researched the effects of light and sound on creativity and mood and applied what I learned to the box. Inside the box was a set of dry erase markers and a floor to ceiling white board. I randomly asked different students to be enclosed in the box and to draw whatever they felt inspired to draw. I first had a control group go with no sounds and white light. I then played different sounds and displayed different colored lights to see how it influenced what they drew.

My friend Sarah Isen just recently released a single called “Blue” and asked me to mock up some cover and media ideas.

Some logo designs and t-shirt designs I have done for various UCLA clubs. Both Scattertones A Capella and the Los Angeles Ski and Board Club are currently using the logos I designed for them.

This character was created for the drawing and color class as part of the DESMA program at UCLA. Using a still life photo and only the shapes tool on adobe illustrator, we were tasked with making a face of some sort.

For a typography class we read a short story and were given a list of perimeters within which we had to create a book cover for said short story.
